How to fix 100% disk usage-cpu usage on windows 10

• High disk and cpu usage is due to huge numbers of windows 10 services running on same time.we can fix this by disabling services which are basically not required.

FIX 1:

•  Let us stop some services now:

   Type "services.msc" on RUN (WINKEY+R) and Hit Enter.
  
  
   
  Once Services.msc is opened, Now search for these services which are listed below,
    
  1. Background Intelligent Transfer Service
  2. Windows Update
  3. sysMain or Superfetch (On older Windows 10 Versions)
  4. Windows Search
  5. Delivery Optimization
  
  
  
  
  One by one, Right-Click the service-name --> "Stop"  and then again Right-click -->"Properties"--> Select "Startup Type" --> change Automatic to Disabled and Hit "OK" button.

  FIX 2:

  Click on the "Network or wifi icon" >>> Properties >>> Turn on "Set as Metered connection" (This will also disable Windows Updates - This should be done everytime when you connect to a new wifi or ethernet network)
